RespectDesk is a software tool that helps employers assign and record workplace respect training for claimed jurisdictions (New York State, New York City, Illinois, City of Chicago).

• Subscription: $299/year up to 50 employee seats. Card required. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the stated period end.
• Not legal advice. Completing training does not guarantee compliance with all laws or immunity from claims. We do not provide employment counsel review as a product feature.
• Employers are responsible for adopting policies, providing required notices/posters, and retaining records for agency inspection.
• We do not claim California, Connecticut, Delaware, or Maine coverage in this MVP.
• Course ships in English and Spanish; other NY model-policy languages are linked to official ny.gov materials only.
